Shipping policy

Toyverse ships to Canada and the United States. Everything below is what you will also see at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start processing the next business day. You get a confirmation email as soon as the order is placed, and a second email with tracking as soon as it ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Canada

Standard - $9.95 CAD. Free on orders of $75 CAD and over. Estimated 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Express - $20.00 CAD. Estimated 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

United States

Standard - $13.00. Free on orders of $75 and over. Estimated 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery windows are estimates from our carriers and start the day your order is dispatched, not the day you order. Weather, customs and carrier backlogs can add time.

Tracking

Every order ships tracked. Your tracking number arrives by email when the parcel leaves us, and you can also see it any time by signing in to your account and opening the order.

Duties and taxes

Canadian orders are shipped domestically, so there are no customs charges. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

Wrong address

Please double check your shipping address before paying. If you spot a mistake, message us straight away through our contact page and we will fix it if the order has not been dispatched. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once you cover the new shipping cost.

Missing or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or the carrier has marked a parcel delivered and you do not have it, message us with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and sort it out.
