How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. After that it is 3 to 5 business days across Canada and 5 to 8 business days to the United States. Every product page shows the estimate for that specific toy.
What does shipping cost?
Free on orders of $75 and over, to both countries. Below $75 it is $9.95 CAD standard within Canada (Express $20) and $13 to the United States. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. Prices on the site are in Canadian dollars, and the header currency picker converts them at the live rate. Canadian orders ship domestically, so there are no customs charges.
Can I track my parcel?
Every order ships tracked. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves us, and it is also on the order inside your account.
What if my child does not like it?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, as long as the toy is unused and in its original packaging. We send a prepaid return label and there is no restocking fee. The full terms are in our return and refund policy.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Message us through the contact form with your order number and a photo. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are sorted out regardless of the 7-day window.
