Refund policy

We want the toy to land well. If it does not, here is exactly how returns work at Toyverse.

You have 7 days

You can request a return within 7 days of your order being delivered. After that window we can no longer accept a return request through your account. If something is actually wrong with the item, message us anyway and see "Damaged, faulty or wrong item" below.

What we can accept back

The item is unused and in resalable condition
It is in its original packaging with any tags, manuals and accessories
You have your order number

What we cannot accept

Items that have been used, washed, assembled or damaged after delivery
Items missing their original packaging, parts or accessories
Anything marked Final sale on its product page
Gift cards

How to start a return

Sign in to your account and open the order
Select the item and choose Request return
We review the request and send you return instructions

No account? Use our contact form and include your order number.

Return shipping

Return shipping is on us. Once your request is approved we send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Please do not ship anything back before you receive that label, because unlabelled returns cannot be tracked and we may not be able to refund them.

There is no restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes a quick condition check, we refund to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the money. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is our fault.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, and in most cases you will not need to ship anything back.
